Saman Azari obtained his BA degree from York University, majoring in Global Political Studies. He also holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from the same academy. Saman’s research interest is primarily regarding the politics of the Middle East, with the main focus being the development of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s spheres of influence in the region and their societal consequences. Furthermore, Saman is interested in researching the impact of the notions of Khomeinism on the Iranian public.
