Nicholas Chalhoub

Nicholas Chalhoub is a graduate of Concordia University’s Master of Public Policy and Public Administration program in Montreal, Canada. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Concordia in Political Science and Economics, where he discovered his passion for foreign policy and international relations. He was also President of Concordia’s Strategic Defense Studies, where he arranged talks and presentations with political analysts, former American politicians, and consulate members.

Nicholas has experience in researching and developing policies for the Canadian federal government as a policy analyst. He was also a member of the Liberal Youth Council and was a policy advisor for the Conservative party of Canada during the 2025 Canadian elections.

Nicholas’s research interest is primarily focused on democratization in emerging economies, as well as the politics of East Asia, with the main focus being on China and its
