Masihullah Hanif holds a Master’s in Political Science from York University, specializing in international relations and comparative politics. He earned his Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from the University of Toronto Mississauga. His research centers on Afghanistan’s socio-political history, governance, armed conflicts, and its complex regional and international relations. Passionate about advocacy, Masihullah has actively contributed to initiatives that raise awareness of Afghanistan’s insecurity and the human rights violations under the Taliban regime. Additionally, his work explores U.S. and Chinese foreign policies and their far-reaching implications for global security and the international order.
