Dylan Staecker is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario with a Master of Arts degree in History, as well as an undergraduate degree in History and Governance, Leadership and Ethics from Huron University College. He has a specialty in political history, specifically that of international relations and conflict with a special focus on Africa. He is passionate about examining and raising awareness about lesser-known conflicts which have global impact and believes that the process of understanding modern-day threats to democracy starts with understanding the history surrounding them, and how/why they are occurring.
